Luxa2 Lavi D Headphones Review
As many of you may already know, Luxa2 is focusing on lifestyle products, combined engineering and innovation with luxury elements. Their main products are Power Banks, Audio Solutions, Accessories and many other holders for Mobile devices or headphones. Speaking of headphones, we have one quite interesting looking here. Lavi D Over-ear Wireless Headphones are using the latest Bluetooth 4.0 technology. Enough said, let’s have a closer look.
Main product photo and main features of this headphones is show on front as well as back side of the package.
Package includes headphones itself, user manual, AUX for audio as well as micro USB cable for charging, which we surprisingly didn’t use so often at all. he headband is quite comfortable, you shouldn’t have that feeling of wearing heavy headphones neither feel any pressure on your skull. As this headphones are actually only 190 gram.
Overall design is very smooth and stylish with glossy surface of the ear cups which will love your fingerprints instantly. The surface is also prone to get scratches very quickly. The control buttons as well as Volume and USB/AUX ports are positioned at the bottom of the ear cups, very easy accessible without taking the headphones off the head. Microphone is hidden inside the left ear cup.
USB and AUX ports are covered with rubber cap to protect them against dust.
Ear cushions are soft and comfortable, but may not cover bigger ears. You also have adjustment of the headband for bigger head, which is flexible but still doesn’t feel cheap.

The sound quality is something very individual, but in our opinion they does sound surprisingly well for the most of the time. Although, we have experienced some strange behavior from time to time with some strange kind of buzz.
We also experienced that the volume buttons didn’t work always perfect, so we had to switch off and on again to get it fixed.
The sound is not amazing but also not bad at all. We had clear sound (for the most of the time), acceptable mids and also nice bass. The main reason for preferring to wear this headphones over in-ear phones is its noise canceling ability and wireless connectivity. We found that the maximal distance between our sound source (Samsung Galaxy S5) and headphones was between 5-6 meters until the connections was lost. This distance may vary with other devices.
Very impressive was the battery life. There was no need to recharge it for almost 12-14 hours in our case. The battery life will of course vary depending on outer temperature, sound volume and continuous using. The price $50 (amazon.com) is in our opinion acceptable and relatively similar with competition products.
Not for bigger ears
