The Phantom Pain officially came out less than a week ago, and yet it seems like Konami is already boasting three million shipped units worldwide.
It’s not surprising once you consider the incredible hype surrounding the game itself – as a reminder, it’s been over seven years since Metal Gear Solid IV: Guns of the Patirots, which debuted exclusively for PlayStation 3 on June 12, 2008.
Metal Gear Solid V – The Phantom Pain
MGSV: The Phantom Pain is the first open world entry in the whole series, marking a significant change from the previous games which all occurred in fairly confined spaces.
In case you didn’t buy the game yet, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is available for PC (Steam), PlayStation 4 and Xbox One at the price of € 59.99.
